The facilitator of Tea Trade Mart is Jennifer Petersen. She is also the director of Tea Business School. In the tea business for over 12 years as a tea blender and retail/wholesale business owner, Ms. Petersen also owned a tea & gift shop and tearoom for over nine years.
Ms. Petersen is a professional speaker and trainer and has conducted on-site training and motivational seminars for corporations and associations. She is a consultant on tea etiquette, business and social etiquette and international protocol.
A supporter of the Specialty Tea Institute, she served on the 2004-2007 STI Tea Advisory Board, and chaired the 2005 STI Tea Symposium in Seattle, Washington. She served on the STI Education Committee while Foundations of Tea Level I and II were formulated. She is a member of the International Trade Organization and women Entrepreneurs Organization. She serves as director of Tea Trade Mart and chairs Tea Speak.
